Members of Time 2 Change Fitness for Women can join one of the certified trainer-led, sessions we offer each Monday through Saturday. These 45-minute workouts offer an effective, efficient mix of weight training and cardio that help our members meet their own, unique goals. This could include getting stronger, losing weight, feeling more confident, fitting back into a favorite pair of jeans and/or reducing dependencies on medication.

5:30 | This session is a one-hour bootcamp, and it’s available for both Time 2 Change Fitness members, as well as non-members.
