Here’s what you can expect during your free session:
- A 45-minute workout where a certified trainer is with you the entire time.
- Up to six women in total will participate in the workout with you.
- Workouts are a mix of training with weights and cardio.
- Our trainer can customize the workout to your individual fitness level.
