Here’s what you can expect during your free session:

  • A 45-minute workout where a certified trainer is with you the entire time.
  • Up to six women in total will participate in the workout with you.
  • Workouts are a mix of training with weights and cardio.
  • Our trainer can customize the workout to your individual fitness level.
