Time 2 Change Fitness for Women can help! Our monthly nutrition support package includes:
- Weekly consultations with a certified trainer — These can be done in-person here at our studio, via email or by phone.
- Assistance with meal planning and tracking what you eat — We offer support for most any type of nutrition program, including macro (the right mix of protein, carbs and fat for you), vegan and vegetarian.
- Periodic measuring and weight- and body fat-loss tracking — Weekly weigh-ins at our studio help you stay accountable and on track with your goals.
