Terms and conditions
At Time 2 Change Fitness for Women in Lee’s Summit, early cancellations are made as convenient as possible. You may cancel online up to two hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or notify us by phone or email 24 hours in advance. Members will be allowed two no-shows and/or late cancellations, after which a $5 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. No-shows or late cancellations due to inclement weather will be considered exceptions to this policy.
With session size limited to six members, the purpose of this policy is to ensure that spots are available for those wanting to schedule sessions and to enable the studio to schedule trainers according to business demands. It is not intended to be punitive or create a hardship for our members.
Pricing, classes and instructors are subject to change without notice. Time 2 Change reserves the right to cancel classes due to non-attendance, inclement weather, adverse and or unpredictable circumstances.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Drop-ins are welcome at the studio. Drop-ins may take part in a session provided you arrive prior to the start of the session and there is space available.
We want our members to have an exceptional experience each and every session and are committed to minimizing class disruptions as much as possible. Therefore any member who arrives more than five minutes after the session has begun will lose her spot in the class, and the no-show policy will apply.
We do not provide child care in our studio and, due to limited space and liability, we do not allow children in the studio.
Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared. We do not extend expiration dates unless you submit a doctor’s note stating you have an illness or injury that requires you to refrain from exercising. If you are a monthly member, we will “freeze” your account given a doctor’s note is provided, and you will be pro-rated for the month.
